1. Life that lived as he saw fit
1) Micah’s life
(1) Micah who robbed his mother’s money
- Verse 1 – Now a man named Micah from the hill country of Ephraim
- Verse 2 – I have that silver with me; I took it
(2) Micah made an ephod (Jud. 17:5)
- Exo. 20:4 – You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below

(1) Her possession was taken and she cursed the man
(2) She made two carved images with the money from her son
3) Levite who wondered around (Jud. 17:7, 18:19-20)
(1) Levite who lost hold of his commission
2. Life that needs a shepherd (Jud. 17:6)
1) Needs a true king, Jesus Christ – Restore Gospel
- Jer. 17:9 – the heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure
- Rom. 1:23 – and images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles
- Heb. 11:26 – He regarded disgrace for the sake of Christ as of greater value than the treasures of Egypt, because he was looking ahead to his reward
- Christ = True king, true prophet, true priest
2) Christ works through Holy Spirit
(1) Made us as men of Christ (Eph. 1:13)
(2) Promised to be with us forever (John 16:16)
(3) Proved to be a successor of Christ (2Chor. 5:5)
(4) Teach us all things and remind us of everything about Christ (John 14:26)
(5) He wants an evangelist who proclaim only Christ (Acts 1:8)
3) Christ works through Words
- John 1:1, 14 – The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth

1. Discover myself in front of God (Restore myself)
True King to me, a lamb who needs a shepherd (Restore Gospel)
2. Restore covenant for a true king
3. Restore faith for a world conquest!
