Inevitable Covenant

Ruth 1:1-5

- When the workers of the World Evangelism face a problem,

1)   Find God’s plan

2)   Make it as an opportunity

3)   Challenge with God’s strength

1. The commission that God gave to the Israelites

- God chose the Israelites and among them, He chose Abraham and wanted him to confess that Jehovah is the creator God

Therefore, the lives inside of Genesis 3 and face sufferings,

(1)   Gen. 3:15 – Only Jesus Christ who was an offspring of a woman can solve it

(2)   Gen. 4:4-5 – Enjoy this blessing through the worship

(3)   Gen. 6:14 – Only building the ark can overcome Nephrim (Authority of Satan)

(4)   God called Abraham as a deliverer of these blessings

But, they lost hold of this commission

(1)   Exo. 3:1-8 – Israelites became the slaves of the Egypt

(2)   Exo. 5:1-14 – He saved the Israelites who restored commission through Moses (Exodus)

(3)   40 years of wilderness:

Restored the Word (Exo 20:1-7)

Restored the feasts (Exo. 23:14-19)

Restored the tabernacle (Exo. 25:1-40)

(4)   After the conquest of Canaan through Joshua and Caleb (the book of Joshua), the age of Judge has come

2. Elimelech who lost hold of the great blessings (Ruth 1:1-5)

- Elimelech = God is a king à He was born in the spiritual background family

(1)   There was famine in the land – They moved to the land of Moab (Ruth 1:1)

- Elimelech tried to avoid the famine, so left Bethlehem (the house of bread, grace, and life) and moved to the Moab who worshiped idols

(2)   Inside of that, Elimelech soon died (Ruth 1:2-3)

(3)   The death of Mahlon and Kilion who left their home (Ruth 1:4-5)

(4)   As a result, only the 3 women (widows) left (Ruth 1:4-5)

Conclusion

- The things you must not cast away or keep away! :

(1)    Gospel: Only the Gospel = Covenant of God can make my life happy and make my family blessed

(2)    Prayer: Even though I am powerless, I can experience omnipotence of God through the prayer

(3)    Evangelism: Evangelism makes every fields new and through this, you can experience God’s great power

When we only think of Evangelism (Love souls, save souls), our lives will be change

- Daily life inside of one’s mission

(1)    Church workers: What am I doing right now? (3 Todays)

(2)    Lay leaders: Holding onto the answer of Jesus Christ and become the witness of Regional Church movement who will save churches

(3)    Young adults: Preparation of lay leaders and become a platform of Remnants

(4)    Remnants: Prepare to be hands & feet of pastor, Church Mission (Holding onto Pulpit message), Find uniqueness of study, Be the main figures of the evangelism & mission

- When we enter into 3todays for 24 hours, our lives will be successful for 24 hours!
