예상치 못한 고난속의 욥 (Job in Unexpected Hardship)  욥기 (Job) 1:1-3,6-12,18-22, 2:7-10

 

 

 1. 하나님께 인정받는 신앙의 사람 (욥Job 1:1,8)

Man of faith acknowledged by God

 

-욥Job 1:1

…그사람은 온전하고 정직하여 하나님을 경외하며 악에서 떠난자더라

…This man was blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil.

-욥 Job 1:3

…이사람은 동방 사람 중에 가장 훌륭한 자라

...He was the greatest man among all the people of the East

 -욥 Job 1:8

여호와께서 사단에게 이르시되 네가 내 종 욥을 주의하여 보았느냐 그와같이 온전하고 정직하여 하나님을 경외하며 악에서 떠난자는 세상에 없느니라

Then the LORD said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.”

 

 

2. 예상치 못한 고난속의 욥 (욥 Job 1:13-19, 2:7-9)

Job in unexpected hardship

 

(1) 첫번째 고난

First hardship

 

 - 스바인에게 소와 나귀를 잃음 (욥 Job 1:14-15)

Lost oxen and donkeys to Sabeans

-하늘에서 불이 내려와 양과 종을 잃음 (욥Job 1:16)

Lost sheep and servants because of the fire of God

-갈대아 사람이 낙타를 빼앗아감 (욥 Job 1:17)

Lost camels to Chaldeans

- 집이 무너져서 자녀들을 모두 잃음 (욥 Job 1:18-19)

Lost children because the house collapsed on them

 

 

(2)욥의 반응

Job’s reaction

 

-욥 Job 1:20

욥이 일어나 겉옷을 찢고, 머리털을 밀고 땅에 엎드려…

At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head…

 

-욥 Job 1:21

내가 모태에서 알몸으로 나왔사온즉 또한 알몸이 그리로 돌아가올리라 주신이도 여호와시요 거두신이도 여호와시오니 여호와의 이름이 찬송을 받으실지니이다

“Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart.  The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised.”

 

 

 

(3) 두번째 고난

Second hardship

 

-욥Job 2:7

…욥을 쳐서 발바닥에서 정수리까지 종기가 나게 한지라

…afflicted Job with painful sores from the soles of his feet to the top of his head

-욥 Job 2:10

…어리석은 여자의 말 같도다 우리가 하나님께 복을 받았은즉 화도 받지 아니하겠느냐 하고 이 모든일에 욥이 입술로 범죄하지 아니하니라

“You are talking like a foolish woman.  Shall we accept good from God and not trouble?”  In all this, Job did not sin in what he said. 

 

 

 

 

 

2. 우리가 깨달아야 할것들

Things we must understand

 

-창세기 Genesis 1:2

…혼돈하고 공허하며 흑암이 깊음 위에 있고

…formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep

 

(1) 인생 자체가 하나님의 주권에 있음

Life is in God’s sovereignty

 

-인생의 고통은 창세기 3장의 선악과 사건에서 시작됨

Problems in life began with the Fruit of Knowledge incident in Genesis 3

-하나님이 이 고통을 해결하기 위해 그리스도를 보내심

God sent Christ to solve problems in life  (창Genesis 3:15)

-마태복음 Matthew16:18

…음부의 권세가 이기지 못하리라

…the gates of Hades will not overcome it.

-빌립보서 Philippians 3:12

…오직 내가 그리스도 예수계 잡힌바 된 그것..

…Christ Jesus took hold of me

 

 

(2) 사단의 전략에 속지 말아야함

Not to be deceived by Satan’s strategies

 

-요한복음 John 10:10

도둑이 오는것은 도둑질하고 죽이고 멸망시키려는것 뿐이요 내가 온것은 양으로 생명을 얻게 하고 더 풍성히 얻게 하려는것이라

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full

 -야고보서 James 1:2

내형제들아 너희가 여러가지 시험을 당하거든 온전히 기쁘게 여기라

Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds.

 

 

 

결론 Conclusion

 

1) 예수그리스도가 주인되심을 고백

Confess that Jesus Christ is our LORD

 2) 마귀에게서 완전히 자유함을 입음

Completely freed from Satan

 3) 속지 말라

Do not be deceived
