2. 주신 언약을 확인 Reaffirmed the covenants that has been given (창세기 Genesis 17:2)

 

1) 내가 너로 크케 번성하게 하리라

I will greatly increase your numbers

 

2) 너는 여러민족의 아버지가 될지라

You will be a father of many nations

 

3)  내가 너와 네 후손의 하나님이 되리라  

I will be your God and the God of descendants after you

 

4) 내가 가나안 땅을 네 후손에게 주리라

I will give the land of Canaan to your descendants

 

5) 내가 사래에게 복을 주어 네 아들을 낳아주게 하리라

I will bless Sarai and she will bear you a son

 

6) 내가 사래에게 복을 주어 그로 여러나라의 어미가 되게 하리라

I will bless Sarai and make her mother of many nations

 

7) 사래가 낳는 아들 이름을 이삭이라 하라

Name the son that Sarai gives birth to, Isaac

 

8) 내가 내년 이시기에 사라가 낳는 아들 이삭과 내 언약을 세우리라

I will establish my covenant with Isaac, whom will be born from Sarai by this time next year
